Country Living in the South Downs

Our clients entertain often and love to cook outside.

A covered outdoor kitchen nestles in a corner of the terrace bounded by flint walls. The bar area is relaxed and allows for catching up with life whilst admiring the generous scented borders that surround. A perfect place to nibble on aperitifs and canapés while the food slowly starts to sizzle on the BBQ.

Guest then move to the dining terrace with echoes of French Summer evenings, a long warmly lit table with a beautiful view to the garden beyond, a place to talk and eat into the night.

The party then moves on to the sofas at the sitting terrace, an evening drink to finish off a lovely night, perhaps lighting the fire for a cosy warm glow.

Once the guests have said their goodbyes, the couple can then move to the upper terrace for a final warming drink in hand, contemplating the evening whilst relaxing on the recliners and looking up at the stars.
